This Halloween we spent in Utah with Grandpa and Grandma Broderick. It was so much fun we took Kaylee out trick-or-treating and she loved it. I was worried she wouldn't get the concept and would want to eat her first piece of candy and call it a day. I was very wrong at the first house she did want to eat the candy, but we convinced her to leave it in her bag. Then we went to the next house and when she got more candy she really got the idea. She would say "thank you" to everyone and they would think it was cute and give her several more pieces of candy. She would sometimes forget her manners and say "more" and they would find that cute and dump more candy in her basket. We went to only a few houses but her basket was more than half full by the time we finished.
